The Virta Store is managed by a third party who makes, warehouses and ships the products on Virta's behalf, directly to you. Therefore, if you have a question about the status of your order, or feedback on an item received, please reach out to their customer service team for assistance:

Please note that most items are made-to-order and may take 3-4 weeks to produce. Before placing your order, note the "expected ship date" that will be shown with your order details. Orders will ship via USPS and will take 1-5 business days to arrive upon shipment.
What if I want an item that isn't in the store?
You will have the ability to request an item with Virta's logo that isn't currently listed in the store. To do so, visit the help menu on the storefront (question mark icon in upper right hand corner) and select "Request a new item". This will take you through a series of steps to browse items that are available for purchase in a catalog. The Virta team will approve the request before the order is processed.
Is Virta profiting from this store?
Nope! We have all items priced at cost (what we paid for it). The price you see for an item in the store is exactly what your price will be at checkout (shipping not included). We want to offer our members and employees a way to celebrate Virta through merchandise if they so choose.
