The Virta Starter Kit includes enough supplies to get started on the Virta Treatment and begin your journey of restoring your metabolic health. Virta will then supply additional Glucose strips, Ketone strips, Alcohol Swabs, and Lancets upon request for the duration of the treatment.
How and when do I request supplies?
To request more supplies, we ask that you please complete our Virta Supply Request Form by accessing the Virta app or webpage and following the easy steps below:
- Open the Virta app or webpage on your smartphone, tablet, or computer.
- Click on the 3 horizontal lines on the top left of your 'today' screen.
- Scroll down to the Support section, under which you will find the 'Request Supplies' tab. This will allow you to submit a new request anytime you need more supplies. Select the supplies you require and hit Submit.
- Once we have received and processed your request you will receive an email with tracking information.
It is important to request all items in the same order. Please place your order when you have 10-14 days of supplies remaining, in an effort not to run out and allow for appropriate processing and shipping times.
What products are resupplied?
Virta resupplies Glucose Strips, Ketone Strips, Alcohol Swabs and Lancets. The supply quantities sent are correlated with the number of logs you have made in the Virta app. If you are less than 90 days into the treatment, it may take a few resupply requests in order to receive a full 90 days of supply (once you have 90 days worth of logs in the app). Virta will also supply replacement lancing devices and control solution if misplaced or broken.
How long will my resupply shipment take?
Your resupply order will be shipped the day after you submit it. It will ship via USPS and typically arrives within 1-5 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.
