Locations
You may have your labs drawn at a LabCorp near you at no additional cost. To find your nearest LabCorp location, please visit https://labcorp.com/labs-and-appointments and enter your zip code.
- If you do not have a LabCorp within 50 miles, please Submit a request
with your current zip code and we will work with you to find a closer lab location option for you. -
Fasting
Please remember to fast for at least 8 hours prior to your lab draw.
Order Expiration
Your LabCorp lab order is only valid for 6 months. If your order contains incorrect information or you need it updated for any reason, please Submit a request.
Order Frequency
Virta Health requests labs at a regular cadence based on your insurance coverage Your lab order should be automatically generated and emailed to you by Virta Health.
Lab and Order Costs
As long as you have your labs drawn at a LabCorp-owned location, the cost of your labs should be completely covered, at no additional cost to you.
If you had your labs done at a location other than LabCorp, such as your PCP’s office that was not approved by Virta Health, unfortunately we cannot reimburse you for your labs and you will have to resolve with your insurance company.
Received A Bill?
As long as you have your labs drawn at a LabCorp-owned location, the cost of your labs should be completely covered, at no additional cost to you. If you had your labs done at a location other than LabCorp, such as your PCP’s office that was not approved by Virta Health, unfortunately we cannot reimburse you for your labs and you will have to resolve with your insurance company.
If you went to a LabCorp location for your Virta labs and were sent an invoice, please Submit a request with a copy or image of the invoice and we will be happy to help you resolve this issue.
Resend Lab Order Request
You should be able to complete your labs without a physical copy of the order, as an electronic copy should have been submitted to LabCorp. If you would like to request another copy of the lab order, please Submit a request and we will work diligently to return your resend request in two business days.
