If you are not receiving the SMS codes, we have a few troubleshooting steps we can try.
- Go to https://my.virtahealth.com/apply/get-started
- Enter the email address and password you set up while creating an account
- The Portal will give you the option to enter an automatic 6 digit SMS code or edit your phone number.
- Please click" "Edit" and re-enter your mobile number again just to ensure it is accurate
- Make sure there are no hidden spaces or extra digits
Please note: This must be a U.S. based cellular phone number and cannot be international or landline. Please make sure that you are able to receive SMS codes and your phone carrier has not blocked these codes
