Virta uses a billing system called Zuora to create your one-time initiation fee for your Starter Kit, as well as your recurring monthly subscription fee.
Upon being approved for the Virta Treatment, Virta will send you invoices to proceed and finalize your Enrollment process. These invoices will come from support@virtahealth.com and may be accidentally redirected to your Spam or Junk folders, please be sure to check these. If the email is in your spam folder, please click "looks safe" for it to be put back into your inbox, enabling the buttons on the email.
Invoices will post payment on your monthly bill charge day at 8:00 PM PST as indicated on your email invoice post.
