If you were a previous active Member of Virta and are looking to start again, your very next step is to log back into the Virta app with your previously created credentials and schedule a video appointment with a member of our medical staff.
Some key things to highlight about the process:
- Your testing and other supply needs will be taken on the call you will schedule at the end of the form.
- Support will email you when and if everything has been approved, and you may log back into the Virta App
- Your login credentials are the same as you had previously and you may change your password, if needed, once on the first screen of the Virta App
- Your Health Coach will reach out to you in order to get you started back up within 2 business days once you hear from Support
- The entire process can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks to complete, depending on what will be needed and your availability
