Virta Health collects updated insurance information from all eligible patients on a monthly basis, which is compared to our eligibility database to ensure each patient is eligible for the Virta Treatment.
If you believe that you have lost coverage or eligibility, please Submit a request.
If found ineligible, you will not be charged directly for any services provided during that time. Also, billing occurs until you are officially released from the Virta Treatment.
