Access to the Virta Treatment depends on your eligibility to receive the Virta Treatment. Eligibility requirements and guidelines are defined by your employer and participating health plan. Generally, you will have access to Virta Health as long as you are eligible.
Access to the Virta Treatment can stop for the following scenarios:
- You opt out of the Virta Treatment
- You are no longer covered by your employer and participating health plan
- You are no longer covered by your personal health plan
