There are times your insurance company will send you a Statement that includes a denied claim from Virta.
First make sure what you received is not just an EOB: What is an EOB?
As long as you hadn't enrolled as a self-pay member and are still eligible through your employer/insurance plan, our Billing Team will be working to resolve this claim for you. This process typically takes 30-45 days to resolve. During this time, you can disregard that claim denial.
