How to Track Your Supply Order in the Virta app
Supply order contents and tracking information are available in the Virta app for your reference. In order to access this information, go to the More Menu > Support > My Supply Shipments.
Here, you will see your supply orders populate after they have shipped. Your order will ship 1-2 business days after submission. You will receive an order confirmation email from no-reply@virtahealth.com once your order is submitted.
The My Supply Shipments page contains:
- Order history
- Order contents
- Order ID
- Ship date
- Tracking information
- Ship-to address
