You can now update some fields in your 'My Profile' of the Virta App (More > My Profile). These include the following:
- Personal Goal
- Preferred Name
- Phone Number
- Emergency Contact
- Time Zone
All clinical questions, including medication changes, lab results, and treatment-related concerns should be direct to your Virta Care Team through Coach Chat or a scheduled phone call.
Please contact support@virtahealth.com or Submit a request through your Virta App > More > Support > Support Center to update your Name, Address, and other non-clinical information not editable in the Virta App.
