Virta is not currently covered by most private health insurances or Medicare/Medicaid. If you have an HSA/FSA account or would like to request personal reimbursement from your insurance provider, we can provide you with an itemized receipt to do so; however, you will have to work with your insurance to get it approved.
Please 'Submit a request' to our Support team using your Virta App and selecting 'More' then scrolling down to 'Support' > 'Support Center' if would like to request an itemized receipt for your private pay monthly payments.
