Coach Chat Lagging issues?

***Update 3/10/23 - This issue will be resolved with App update 2.42.1 which should be released soon!

 

If you are experiencing lagging issues while typing in the Virta App, we recommend using a different keyboard app. This issue has been affecting Samsung devices that recently updated to Android 13 and are using the standard Samsung keyboard.

 

Step 1

Download the Gboard app from the Google play store.

Step 2

Follow the steps in the screenshots below in order to enable Gboard as your default keyboard.

 

Step 3

Click enable in settings

Step 4

Toggle the Gboard option on

Step 5

Click select input method

Step 6

Select Gboard button

Click Done
