How to Order Your Starter Kit

Once you enroll in Virta, one of the first things you will want to do is order your starter kit. We will provide you with the devices and supplies necessary to get started and be successful on Virta! 

To order your Starter Kit, follow the steps below:

1. Download and log into the Virta App. For help with downloading the app, please click here.
2. Locate the action on your 'today' screen titled, "Order Your Starter Kit".
3. Fill out the Order Your Starter Kit form with your name and shipping address. Here, you will also have the ability to save your shipping address for future orders.
4. After submitting the form, you will see an on-screen order confirmation and receive a confirmation email.
5. Once your starter kit ships (typically 1 business day after the order was placed), you will receive an email with tracking information to track the status of your shipment.
